Charlotte BOUTBOUL

With nearly a decade of experience in the fields of sustainability and development, Charlotte has been engaged in strategic, technical and operational aspects of many development projects, especially focused on marginalised urban communities. She has been attached to large international organisations including the the European Investment Bank, the French Red Cross and the French Development Agency. Charlotte also worked with Lafarge Holcim International to develop inclusive business solutions, adapting to the needs of emerging markets.

A joint degree graduate in Political Science and Law from the Lyon University of France, she obtained Master’s level qualifications at the La Sorbonne Institute of Urban Planning, Paris and French National Administration School (ENA) in Urban Development and Risk Prevention & Resilience respectively. Promoting participative and inclusive stakeholders engagement, Charlotte always works with various stakeholders, from civil societies to national and local administration representatives.
